Local shops and unique restaurants are right next door. “We stumbled accross this place in Manitou Springs by accident and were more than happy that we did. The owner was so wonderful and accomodating that we ended up booking a room for 8 nights. It is in the perfect spot. It is in walking distance of everything downtown and within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Cave of the Winds.” – Claudia Henderson

Laid-back, family-owned hotel on Fountain Creek, within walking distance to the local shops, bars and restaurants in town and a mile from the Pikes Peak Cog Railway scenic train. “This place was great! Very clean rooms. They are updated more then the pictures show. Very nice stone waterfall shower. There’s a nice little park behind it with a natural spring, and you can walk just about anywhere around town from this inn. It’s also right by the police station so I felt good about having my car out at night.”
